Refund conditions depend on the ticket payment method:
Payment upon boarding: You can cancel the booking in the Passenger account or by calling or writing to our operator.
Online payment on the website: To receive a refund, you must fill out and send the Application form, and the refund amount depends on the carrier's conditions and the time remaining before the trip's departure, which can be found out when choosing a ticket by clicking on Refund conditions. The refund is made only to the card from which payment was made, within up to 10 business days.
