What are bonuses and how are they earned?

For each purchased ticket, 2% of its price is credited back to your bonus account, provided that you were logged in at the time of purchase. One bonus equals one hryvnia, or one unit of the currency in which the ticket was purchased. You can use your bonuses as a discount on your next ticket purchase.

How can you use your bonuses as a discount?
1. Log in  to the website.
2. When purchasing a ticket on your own, specify how many bonuses you would like to apply as a discount. Please note that bonuses can cover no more than 50% of the total order amount.
3. Please note that bonuses cannot be applied to tickets with the “pay on boarding” payment type, unlike tickets paid online on the website.

Where can you check your balance?
You can do this after logging in to your Passenger Account — in the “Accumulated Discount” section. Information about the amount of bonuses credited for your order is also shown on the successful order page and in the email sent to your inbox.

In which cases can bonuses be canceled?
If you cancel your reservation or paid order, the bonuses credited for that order will be canceled.

In which cases are bonuses not credited? 
If you purchased a ticket as a guest or as an unregistered customer. That is why it is important to log in immediately when visiting the website. 

Special conditions for using bonuses with pay-on-boarding.
With the “pay on boarding” payment type, bonuses are still credited, provided that you are logged in. However, you can use those bonuses on your next purchase only if you choose the “pay online on the website” payment type by card.
