Yes, booking with payment upon boarding is available for most routes. There are exceptions: during periods of peak demand, carriers introduce prepayment, and some carriers also require partial prepayment (with the balance paid to the driver upon boarding). 

Please note that full online payment on the website has an advantage, as it 100% guarantees your seat (during extremely high demand, carriers may prioritize passengers who purchased tickets in full, canceling tickets for those who did not make a prepayment). Therefore, online payment on our website is a more reliable choice.

To book a ticket, first use the search form on the Home page, select a trip, and fill in the details for the booking. Pay for the ticket online or upon boarding, and you will receive an electronic travel document via email and in the Passenger Account, where you can also manage your booking.

You will receive a travel document (if traveling with payment upon boarding), and upon arrival – the ticket from the driver. If you pay 100% online on the website, you will immediately receive the ticket via email.

Refund terms depend on the ticket payment method:

• Payment upon boarding: You can cancel the booking in your Passenger Account or by calling/writing to our operator. 
• Online payment on the website: To receive a refund, you need to fill out and submit an Application form. The refund amount depends on the carrier's terms and the time remaining until the trip departure, which can be found when choosing a ticket by clicking on "Refund Terms". Refunds are made only to the card used for payment, within up to 10 business days.

Usually, payment is made in the currency of the country from which you are departing. 

For the "payment upon boarding" method and departures from outside Ukraine: the calculation is based on the exchange rate at the time of departure and is clarified directly by the drivers. If you wish to make the payment in hryvnias, notify the operator for coordination with the carrier.
